The Design Process

The SG Design team members are trained to be active listeners so that clients will be satisfied with our work from the very beginning. We believe that a crucial part of any design process is the initial design brainstorm between the client and the designer. We are here to listen to our clients wants and needs, and transform them into truly beautiful works of art.

1. Schematic Design (SD)

During SD, we will create a thorough list of project objectives, measure the affected spaces, draw base plans, develop  schematic design options in 2-D, and review options with the Owner.​

2. Design Development (DD)

The next step is to refine and revise. Once the Owner selects a design direction, the We adds detail and incorporates  requested changes. These are then reviewed in-person.

3. Pricing

Once the basic design is developed to the Owner’s satisfaction, preliminary pricing may be obtained from professional  contractors.

4. Construction Documents (CD)

Once preliminary pricing is received. The Architect will decide which drawings are necessary  for construction. These may include: Site Plan, Celling Plan, Material List, Floor Plan, Construction Details

5. Execution & Monitoring (EM)

Once the construction documents get finalised we will start the execution with owners consent and categorised task on urgency basis and we will keep a track of each task.
